Saved in the Stitch of Time specializes in refashioned and upcycled design along with offering alterations, mending and custom designs.
Amanda began sewing in 2010 when her friend brought her home a sewing machine that was destined for the dump. She phoned her mom who talked her through how to thread the machine and the stitching began.
With a passion for fashion and shopping at thrift stores, she combined those loves and began creating upcycled designs in a fight against fast fashion.
Offering on the spot alterations and mending at Kamuela’s Farmer’s Market and Waimea Mid-week Farmer’s Market.
