Gourmet savory pies
I make individual sized 5 inch savory pies. All pies can be purchased fresh baked or frozen. My primary is the savory pie with flavors such as chicken and thyme, pulled pork, spinach, goats cheese and Hamakua mushrooms, coconut curry and chicken, steak and ale etc….And when time allows i also make fresh baked and or frozen hand pies like empanadas, caramelized onion and fig and sweet potato and black bean. My customers recieve there pies in recyclable carry cases and come with cooking and reheating instructions. I would also offer a side dish to customers at the market who are buying baked pies to eat. The side dish would be a choice of mushy peas, mashed potatoes or green salad.
